We incubate and invest in niche software, content, and community offerings - operating as a venture builder to scale the offerings into profit-first, growth-oriented, and defensible businesses. We function through a hybrid venture studio and buyout model, supporting companies from inception to exit.
We partner with founders and businesses who are not aligned with the traditional venture capital model—those who prefer to focus on building profit-first, enduring companies over moonshot, multi-product ventures typically backed by traditional venture capital. Our approach emphasizes ruthless efficiency and focus alongside building a long term and deliberately developmental culture on day 1.
We believe that there are “riches in the niches” and that the continuing democratization of software and AI makes it easier to reach and serve niche communities and sectors of the economy. This focus offers a wealth of high-probability opportunities that lead to narrowly targeted, capital efficient, 8-figure outcomes ($10M to $99M) over the low-probability and billion-dollar approach of traditional venture capital.
Beyond funding, we offer deep operational support: execution unlock, executive guidance, and strategic direction from experienced builders and operators.
We’re actively expanding our portfolio by:
Partnering with founders to incubate new businesses, and
Acquiring/partnering with existing companies aligned with our investment criteria and philosophy
If you're a founder or domain expert looking for more than just capital—a true partner in successful long term execution—we’d love to connect.

Our Namesake
Inspired by “Types of Entrepreneurs": We most closely identify with the Artisan archetype.
“Artisans can singularly materialize ideas. They take pride in their work, pleasure in practice, and enjoy the process of increasing abilities over time. Their goal can be building something others can’t, building something simpler than others, or something more fun or beautiful. The artisan attends to details and respects the creative process.”
